We are pleased to offer you nationwide delivery at a standard fee of $40.00TTD. Deliveries can made to your home or office and are conducted by our trusted third-party courier service. We entrust our couriers to provide timely delivery and deliveries are scheduled according to areas. Deliveries should take between 1-3 working days upon collection of the package. Kindly note that your delivery can possibly be affected by external circumstances outside of our control (i.e., the weather or traffic conditions or roadworks).
Please Note: Peak Season delivery times may vary accordingly. Peak season is classified as any period in which we usually experience high order volumes (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day etc.)
The Pretty Little Sunflower is currently an online-based business operating in Trinidad and Tobago. Therefore, we do not allow pick-ups, returns or exchanges in person. All returns or exchanges must be conducted through our courier service. Customers are required to notify that the require a return or an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the package, otherwise it cannot be acknowledged. There are no refunds or exchanges on Custom Orders.
Exchanges: Customers are required to pay an extra $40 for any exchanges required. This is to facilitate the delivery fee for the new item.
Currently, all orders placed operate on a processing time of one (1) week. Orders are usually processed and sent out before, but please note this as the standard minimum processing time. Different products may have different processing times. Please pay attention to the description on the product you wish to order, as it may advise to alternative processing times. If you require an order to be delivered by a specific date, please notify us in the ‘Order Notes’ section of the Cart Checkout page, upon placing your order. We advise giving a two-day grace period before the order is needed. (For e.g. If the item is needed to be WORN, USED or GIFTED on the 5th of September, please state you need delivery by the 3rd)

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash on Delivery for orders under $300.00TTD and Bank Deposits/ Online Bank Transfer for orders equal to or over $300.00TTD. Processing starts after proof of payment is sent via our WhatsApp number..
